Organized for peer support, economic empowerment, savings and credit management, social enterprise, values enhancement, cultural and social activities, etc.
Active in two target barangays , with 23 organized SHG and 2 registered federations

Inclusion of the Federation to LGU council
Funding of Child and Youth Development and SHG is locked for at least three years and renewable thereafter up to maximum of 10 years.
Staff Development fund is limited but trainings in the network is maximized and utilized.
